Technical Details

  • Designed to terminate or cap 3/4″ CPVC pipe runs
  • Higher temperature resistance than standard PVC (up to 180°F/82°C)
  • Pressure rating decreases by approximately 0.7% for each 1°F increase above 73°F
  • Compatible with standard 3/4″ CPVC pipe with an outside diameter of 0.625 inches
  • Suitable for hot and cold water distribution systems
  • Provides complete sealing of pipe ends for testing or future system expansion
  • Manufactured from CPVC compound for enhanced chemical and temperature resistance

Applications

  • Hot and cold potable water distribution
  • Industrial process piping
  • Chemical handling systems
  • Hydronic heating systems
  • Corrosive fluid transportation
  • Water heater connections
  • Plumbing test caps
  • System isolation points
  • Future expansion preparation
