Shipping & Delivery

Upon receiving an order, a representative of Samaroo's Materials and General Limited will contact the customer, and a delivery time and place will be agreed upon. Samaroo's Materials and General Limited reserves the right to charge additional fees for delivery depending on the area and urgency of the order.

All orders placed through this website are intended exclusively for delivery within Trinidad and Tobago. By completing a purchase, you confirm that your delivery address is located within Trinidad and Tobago. Misrepresenting your delivery location constitutes a misuse of this service and may result in order cancellation without refund.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel delivery to any address or customer at its sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to concerns regarding the safety of our personnel, logistical constraints, or prior conduct by the customer. This right is exercised without obligation to provide justification.

Customers seeking delivery outside of Trinidad and Tobago are advised that this platform does not support international or regional shipping at checkout. Regional and international sales inquiries must be submitted via email to quotes@hardwarett.com, where arrangements will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Purchases made through this website with the expectation of international delivery will not be honored as such.

In short: we deliver islandwide in Trinidad & Tobago, we'll confirm timing with you directly, and delivery fees may vary by area and urgency.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted in accordance with the conditions outlined below. All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of ten percent (10%) of the original purchase price of the returned item(s); this fee is deducted from any refund issued and covers inspection, reprocessing, and re-shelving. Items that are damaged, used beyond reasonable inspection, or returned without original packaging may be subject to additional deductions or may be ineligible for return entirely. The Company reserves the right to assess the condition of all returned goods prior to approving any refund.

Upon returning goods, a credit note or coupon valued at the returned goods is issued. No returns will be accepted after seven (7) days have elapsed from the time of receipt by the customer. An invoice must be provided by the customer upon return.

  • Customers are required to check and sign for goods at point of receipt. No claims for short delivery or damage will be entertained thereafter.
  • If a customer requests delivery be delayed more than 48 hours after a confirmed purchase, Samaroo's Materials & General does not commit to honoring the same prices.
  • Samaroo's Materials & General Ltd does not hold itself responsible for manufacturer defects on any products sold and will not entertain claims for such — claims, if any, must be made to the manufacturer.
  • All goods supplied or to be delivered remain the property of Samaroo's Materials & General Ltd until all monies due, including the value of any dishonoured cheques, are paid in full. Until then, the Company remains entitled to repossess and/or sell the goods, and the Company or its agents may enter upon any land or building where the goods are situated, or thought to be situated.
  • If such goods cannot be located, the Company may seize or repossess any goods on the debtor's premises to the value of unpaid bills. Costs and expenses for such repossession, storage, and resale shall be at the customer's cost; the Company will not be held liable for such action.
  • All costs incurred in recovering monies owed to the Company are to be paid by the customer.
  • Returns and/or exchanges may only be authorized by Samaroo's Materials & General Ltd management; any handling costs are paid by the customer.
