Kaleidoscope’s penetrating Liquid is an alkyd medium used to penetrate and bind loose material together. This liquid is ideal for use as a pre-treatment on both interior and exterior surfaces. Stir well before use.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Remove all loose coating by scraping and wire brushing. Dust off with a stiff brush or broom before applying Kaleidoscope Penetrating Liquid. The liquid will then bind the remaining loose material to the substrate to provide a firm base for subsequent coats of paint.
