Total MMA DC 160A Welding Machine

Total MAGMIGTIGMMA Welding Machine is a specifically welding equipment designed for manual metal arc(MMA)welding,  which involves the use of a consumable electrode covered with flux coating. The machine provides direct current(DC) output for welding processes, which is suitable for welding a materials including steel, stainless steel, cast iron and other alloys. The machine has a maximum output of 160A, this current rating indicates the machine’s capability to deliver required electrical current to create an arc for welding different types of metals and thicknesses.

This machine is designed to be portable and compact, making it easy to transport to different locations, it also operates at a standard household power supply such as 110V or 220V. It has many types of control features such as, adjustable current settings, hot start function for easy arc ignition, and arc force control for better arc stability and penetration.

The duty cycle represents the machine’s ability to operate continuously without overheating, which amounts to 60% at 160A. This means it can weld at its maximum output of 160A for 6 minutes out of a 10 minute cycle before requiring a cool down period.
