Application Instructions

1. Remove the wheel from the bicycle and deflate the tyre completely
2. Use tyre levers to unseat one tyre bead from the rim
3. Pull the valve through the rim valve hole and remove the old tube
4. Inspect the inside of the tyre and the rim tape for the cause of the puncture — remove any sharp objects before fitting the new tube
5. Partially inflate the new Duro tube just enough to give it shape
6. Insert the valve through the rim valve hole and tuck the tube evenly inside the tyre
7. Re-seat the tyre bead onto the rim — work from the valve outward to both sides
8. Inflate gradually to approximately 40 PSI and check the tyre is seated evenly on both sides of the rim
9. Inflate to the recommended pressure marked on the tyre sidewall
10. Refit the wheel to the bicycle and check brake pad alignment before riding
